OrCAD Viewer Using the Free OrCAD Viewer allows you to open a project, schematic, or library and access design data very easily. Read-only and secure access to design data makes it effortless for a design project team to review and track the progress of design files created in OrCAD Capture and PCB Editor. The PADS PCB Viewer allows the user to load any PADS Logic or PADS Layout database and have full graphical control to view these designs. Starter Libraries. PADS customers can download FREE, fully documented libraries through Mentor Graphics' partnership with Optimum Design Associates, Inc. Active maintenance on v9.5 or above.

The free visECAD Viewer is a fully functional application for viewing schematic and layout designs in a neutral CCZ format. These files are available natively from the following design and manufacturing solutions:
- Xpedition Enterprise 2007.X and later
- DxDesigner 2007.5 and later
- PADS Layout 9.0 and later
- CAMCAD Assembly Flow
- Updated to support encrypted CCZ/CCE for the EE7.9.3 flow release
